Is the restaurant open only to guests or to everyone?

The Hotel Sole's outdoor restaurant is open to everyone and offers the best dishes of Italian cuisine, as well as a pizzeria with numerous options. We open from 11:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. non-stop.

What is the capacity of the restaurant? How many place settings do you have?

The Hotel Sole restaurant can seat up to 500 people. Its central location and the wonderful setting offered by Piazza III Novembre make it the ideal location for hosting events and receptions!

Do you have a pizzeria?

Hotel Sole's open-air restaurant offers mouth-watering pizzas. Please note that when booking a half-board stay, it is only possible to dine at the hotel's in-house restaurant, which does not offer pizzas on its menu, but offers a set menu.

What times does the restaurant have?

For those who have booked a half-board stay, dinner is served in the hotel's indoor restaurant from 19:00 to 20:30. The outdoor restaurant, on the other hand, is open from 11:30 until 22:00.

Can I dine outside?

Dinner is served in the hotel's in-house restaurant for those booking a half-board stay with a set menu choosing from 4 starters, 4 first courses, 4 main courses and 4 desserts. Those who book a room with only breakfast included can dine at the hotel's outdoor pizzeria restaurant with an a la carte menu. Please note that during the winter period the pizzeria is closed.

How do I get to the hotel?

Hotel Sole is in Piazza III Novembre 35, in the wonderful historic centre of Riva del Garda (TN)!We would like to remind you that the Hotel Sole is located in a Restricted Traffic Zone which can be accessed by car passing through Gate 3 in Piazza Catena. Entry is allowed only once on the day of arrival and departure, for unloading and loading luggage.

Do you offer a taxi service? / Do you offer a transfer/shuttle service? Can I book a transfer?

Can I get to Riva del Garda by train?

You can reach Riva del Garda by train, getting off at Rovereto station (24 km away). From there you can continue your journey by bus. The hotel is connected to the station by Trentino Trasporti buses, which run the route in about 50 minutes (subject to delays!).

Can I reach Riva del Garda by bus and where is the nearest bus stop?

Riva del Garda can be reached by bus with the Trentino Trasporti, A.T.V. and S.I.A. lines; even without a car you can easily move around the area.The nearest bus stop to Hotel Sole is on Viale Giosuè Carducci. From the stop you can also reach Rovereto railway station by taking the B332 line bus.

Can I leave my car in the garage after checking out?

You can leave your car in the garage even after check-out, until 12:00 noon.

Is the car park in a restricted traffic zone?

The car park is on Via Monte Oro, (entrance B) 150m away and is not in a Restricted Traffic Zone.It is accessible 24 hours a day, so you can use your car whenever you want without any restrictions.

How much does parking cost?

When booking directly on our website, parking is bookable and costs €10/night. When booking through Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, HRS, other portals or travel agencies, the cost of the garage is €15/night and is not bookable.

Is there a ZTL to get there? How can I get to the hotel? Can I enter the ZTL?

The hotel is located in a ZTL and you can get there by passing through Varco 3 in Piazza Catena. Entry is permitted only once on the day of arrival and departure, for unloading and loading luggage. To gain access, you must go to reception when you check in to communicate your number plate and collect the appropriate receipt.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax costs €2.50 per person per day

How can I pay?

You can pay with Bancomat, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners or in cash upon check-in, with no need to leave a deposit. Cheques are not accepted.

Why should I book from your site?

Are children welcome? How much do children pay?

Yes, children are welcome at Hotel Sole. Here are the conditions for children's stays:Children under 5 years stay free of charge (with two paying adults in the same room).Children under the age of 12 stay in an extra bed for 50% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).All persons 12 years and older stay in an extra bed paying 30% of the full rate (with two paying adults in the same room).For further information, please refer to the general terms and conditions.

Until when can I cancel my booking free of charge?

Generally, cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival at the hotel and can be made by emailing us at info@hotelsoleriva.it or calling us on 0464 557809. Depending on availability/period, the free cancellation date may vary up to a maximum of 7 days before.Reservations made on the site can be cancelled by clicking on the ‘Cancel or modify your reservation’ button in the bar at the top of the various pages. Please check your booking confirmation for cancellation policies.

How can I change the period of stay?

Online bookings can be changed by clicking on the appropriate button on the bar at the top of the pages of our official website or ask our staff on the contact page contact

Is a credit card required for booking?

Credit card details are required to book a room. The latter will only be held as a guarantee for the reservation. The actual payment will be made at the hotel upon check-in.

Services

Do you provide baby cots?

Our guests may request a baby cot for their child for an additional fee of €10 per night. NB: the cot can be used by children from 0 - 4 years old.

How can I get the Garda Guest Card? What does it include?

The Garda Guest Card allows you free entry to the main museums, castles and natural parks, free use of public transport, discounts in affiliated establishments and access to exclusive services such as guided tours, skip-the-line tours and tastings. To get it, simply make a request at the reception desk once you arrive at the hotel and you will receive it by e-mail.

Can I bring my bike and where can I leave it?

You can safely bring your bicycle. The hotel has a private, video-monitored depot just 100 metres away. The depot is equipped with a charging station for e-bikes and innovative Bike Lock technology to guarantee the security of your bicycle.

Do you have a spa?

Yes, Hotel Sole has a private spa that can only be used by our guests for up to 4 people. By reserving access you will be completely on your own to ensure a high level of privacy and relaxation! Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out?

Certainly! You can leave your luggage at the hotel reception even after you have checked out.

Can I rent a bike? Do you have bikes for children?

Hotel Sole allows its guests to rent city bikes free of charge! The service can be booked subject to availability at the hotel reception. Take advantage of it, visiting Riva and its surroundings by bike is a wonderful experience.Helmets and child seats are also available, but tricycles or children's bikes are not available.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.The service is completely free of charge.

Do the rooms have balconies?

Not all rooms in the Hotel Sole have a balcony. If you want to be guaranteed a balcony, please book the room type marked ‘Balcony’.

What time do you check in?

The room is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. In case of special requirements, contact us

Can I bring animals, dogs, cats or anything else?

We are happy to accommodate cats, dogs and other small animals! There is a surcharge of €13.00 per night for the stay of your four-legged friend. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant/breakfast room and private spa.
